Ted Fisher is killed during a possibly staged break-in at his repair-workshop for troubled youths, which is roughed-up as if searched in vain, like his apartment, although neither seemed worth robbing. Donny Culpepper is arrested when J.J. LaRoche catches him during a robbery Patrick hired him for just to snoop, and he refuses to remain wanted. At night, two people are arrested, mutually at gun-point, at Fisher's shop. Fisher lied even to his hippie girl friend to have a peace Corps past, but his machine's last message contains an Iraqi accent threat. His Iraq private security contract firm Sagaris vet mate Cole Ruger claims he was called to help but arrived too late.
